Zama Village condos (new development in Aldea Zama) construction update

The Zama Village condos development, the first one in Aldea Zama and one of the best Tulum projects, is expected to be ready by next April, one month before the promised delivery date.

The latest pictures (January 2012) already show a great progress.  All services are ready, even the large pool is already waiting a splash!  There are only two condos left for sale, so if you want one and do not hurry you will have to wait for the second Zama Village development (probably at higher prices).

The construction of the first phase of Zama Village condos is progressing very fast as the condos are almost totally sold.  The recent visit was comforting, and we expect we will receive our condos in time (May 2012) or maybe a little earlier.

 

 

U Nah Kin condos, a practical Tulum rental

U Nah Kin is a great option of Tulum Rentals for small group vacations.  It is a complex of 6 small condos, very comfortable and located directly on the beach front.  The condo I rented has two bedrooms / 2 bathrooms, a kitchen integrated into the dining room and a nice exterior terrace for perfect views of the beach.

The rental includes hammocks and kayaks.  The condo has private parking, and an outside barbecue place.

U Nah Kin condos are located 15 miles north of Tulum, very close to the small Akumal village and inside the area known as “Aventuras Akumal”.   A car rental is recommended for shopping or dining out, even the Akumal village is not walking distance.
